ABSTRACT:Contact between a rotor and stator can be the cause of complex vibrations.In order to investigate the consequence of contacts and to establish a more precise contact model,it's necessary to determine the contact force and contact time.This paper presents an optimal method to estimate the impact load based on the procedure of filtering inversely for the multi-output、multi-input system.A test rig is designed to measure the impact force and contact time of rubbing bearing-rotor system simultaneously.Finally,the optimal inverse method is verified by numerical simulation and experiment with reasonable results.

KEY WORDS:rub; rotor-bearing system; load estimation; optimal estimation; inverse analysis▲2 引言在旋转机械中,转子同静止部件的接触而产生的冲击、摩擦现象是十分常见的故障,为了更好地研究转子与静止部件碰磨时冲击与摩擦作用对转子的振动、所受载荷、内部应力及热弯曲的影响,需要有一种可行的方法对碰磨接触作用力进行估计、识别。

现有在工程中对旋转机械的载荷进行识别方法多用系统传递函数直接求逆得到。然而,求逆有时会出现病态,测量的响应频谱中小的噪声往往会被放大,使得识别结果失真。
